General Manager / Co-Lighting Director

Senior Jonathan Hayes has spent his last four years contributing to GHS-TV. During his freshman year, Jonathan was a runner for Wake Up Germantown!. As a sophomore he was the equipment-room manager and was the technical producer for Crosstalk. His junior year Jonathan served as director of I Did It Myself and was the special assignment producer at GHS-TV. He also held many positions such as technical producer for Live Coverage of the 2000 Germantown Festival , Election Night 2000, and Auction 2001. This year Jonathan serves as the general manager of GHS-TV, producer for Shelby County Schools Report, and directed Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival. He currently directs the weekly student-produced show Crosstalk as well as Storytime.

Senior Colin Wentworth started his work at GHS-TV his sophomore year. Since then, he has served on crews for all Access Together shows. This year he produces Spotlight on Germantown and directs Memphis Medicine, LegalEase, and Wake Up Germantown!. Earlier this year, Colin switched Magical Moments and Memories and was technical producer for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival.

Technical Director
Steven Marinos

Steven Marinos has been active at GHS-TV since his freshman year when he served as record tapes for Auction 1999. Since then, Steven has served as technical producer for Crosstalk and anchor for Election Night 2000 and Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival. He is currently the technical director of GHS-TV, directs the Access Together shows Spotlight on Germantown and Mentors, and is featured on the daily news show Wake Up Germantown!.

Senior Frederick Young has been part of the GHS-TV staff since his freshman year. Earlier this year, Frederick served as overall producer for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival. Currently he is the programming director for GHS-TV, a producer for Crosstalk, and the host of Cable Quiz.

Assistant Programming Director

Junior Patrick Ashcraft currently serves as assistant programming director for GHS-TV. Patrick wakes up his peers each morning as an overall producer for Wake Up Germantown!. Patrick's other key television credits include guest producer for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival, runners producer for Auction 2001, co-producer for Live Coverage of the 2001 Underclassmen Awards, and the official scorekeeper for Cable Quiz. Patrick is also vice-president of the Modern Film Club.

Access Together Producer / Tape Librarian
Katie Phelps

Katie Phelps, a senior, has been a member of the GHS-TV staff for three years. She currently serves as tape librarian, overall Access Together producer, and producer for I Did It Myself, a monthly Access show. Her junior year she was tape librarian, anchor producer for Election Night 2000, and floor director for Auction 2000. Katie also participated in Germantown Community Television's summer internship program for two years.

Allie Gay

Senior Allie Gay has been involved with GHS-TV since her freshman year. She is the host of the weekly talk show Crosstalk and also serves as a studio tape librarian. Allie's on-air credits include anchoring House of Representatives coverage for Election Night 2000 and co-anchoring Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival. She is also a member of Thespian Troupe #912, National Forensic League, and Beta Club.

Since his freshman year, junior Mikhail Mazor has devoted his time and effort to GHS-TV. This year, as promotional director, he creates graphics and animations for numerous GHS-TV shows. Mikhail serves as technical producer and switcher for Crosstalk and serves on nearly all crews for GHS-TV's Access Together shows. Earlier this year, Mikhail was technical producer for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival and titler for Magical Moments and Memories.

Senior Matt Kahn has been part of the GHS-TV staff since he came to GHS his junior year. He currently serves as special assignments director for GHS-TV, technical producer for Wake Up Germantown!, and director of I Did It Myself. Earlier this year Matt served as titler for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival and tape insert operator for Magical Moments and Memories.

Senior Kevin Ketcham has been highly involved with the Fine Arts Department since his sophomore year. He is currently on the crews of GHS-TV's Access Together shows, is the special assignments director for GHS-TV, and is the sergeant- at-arms officer for the Modern Film Club.

Sound Engineer

Nicholas Towery, a senior this year, has contributed his talents to the Fine Arts Department since his freshman year. Nick serves as sound engineer for GHS-TV and also serves on several Access shows in a variety of capacities. Nick has also worked on many special events crews throughout his tenure at GHS-TV including Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival, Cable Quiz, Auction 2000, and Election Night 2000.

Michael Albonetti is a senior this year at GHS. His work at GHS-TV involves camera operator for nearly all Access Together shows. Michael served on the television crew for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival, Wake Up Germantown!, Auction 2000, Election Night 2000, Cable Quiz, and Magical Moments and Memories.

Andy Strong, a senior, has been on the GHS-TV staff for the last three years. He was a reporter for Live Coverage of the 2001 Germantown Festival and Election Night 2000. This year he serves as the studio producer coordinator for GHS-TV and is a WMC reporter for News 101. In addition, Andy serves as the co-vice president of the senior class, public relations officer for the Modern Film Club, and is a member of National Honor Society and Beta Club.
